Their lives take a dramatic turn when they discover a fragment of Kazoom, the most powerful material in the universe, inadvertently merging Normalópolis with Kaboom City, home to the Superthings. Isolated, he faces a series of mysterious crimes that breed fear and distrust among his ranks. With Oda's army closing in and a traitor lurking within, Murashige must forge an uneasy alliance with Kanbei Kuroda, a military strategist from the opposing side, imprisoned in his castle's dungeons.
