The Nerja council has put an apartment up for sale in the iconic Balcón de Europa, a popular tourist destination in the town. The property, situated on the first floor of portal 1 at number 5 of the Balcón de Europa building, has a starting bid of €526,151.86, according to a valuation report by the municipal architect.
The sale will be conducted through an open public auction, with the highest financial offer being the sole criterion for awarding the property. Interested parties can submit their bids until 29 October, following the conditions outlined in the Specific Administrative Clauses Document.
Ángela Díaz, the councillor for Economy and Finance, emphasised that the proceeds from the sale will be used to finance new municipal projects, in accordance with the law. She also highlighted the apartment's features, which include a spacious area of 149.52 square metres and its prime location adjacent to the Paseo Balcón de Europa, one of Nerja's key tourist attractions.
