On 5 November, between 11:00 and 13:00, the municipal website of Alicante will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance of the municipal IT system. The maintenance process is expected to last no longer than two hours, with efforts made to restore the service as quickly as possible.
This interruption will not affect other municipal services, which will remain accessible. These include:
The electronic headquarters
The entry and exit register
The citizen folder
The contracting system
The appointment booking portal
The virtual tax office
The geographic information system
Online sports management (activities, bookings, and subscriptions)
