Cine Alfonsetti in Betanzos is set to host two new cinematic sessions as part of the Mestre Mateo Galician Film Circuit this November, highlighting the region's audiovisual talent.
The programme will commence on Thursday, 5 November, at 20:30, with a screening of Sirāt, directed by Oliver Laxe and released in 2025. This film offers a visually and emotionally intense journey set against a desert backdrop.
The second screening will take place on Thursday, 12 November, also at 20:30, featuring O silencio herdado by Lucía Dapena González (2025). This production is part of the initiative aimed at showcasing new proposals in Galician cinema.
Both screenings are intended for adult audiences and will be free of charge, subject to the venue's capacity.
