The Bono Comercio campaign in Alicante is set to commence on 3 November and will continue until 5 December. This initiative aims to support local commerce and assist households in coping with inflation.
After resolving technical issues that led to a postponement on 23 October, the programme is now ready to launch. The Senior Voucher, aimed at individuals aged 65 and over, will be available for in-person purchase from 3 to 9 November at the Municipal Consumption Centre (Cerca) and three social centres, operating from 8:30 to 14:30.
For those under 30, the Young Voucher can be purchased online on 5, 6, and 9 November. The Alicante City Council has allocated nearly four million euros for the 2026 Bono Comercio campaign, funded by the Alicante Provincial Council.
The Senior Voucher has a budget of 300,000 euros and can be obtained at the Municipal Consumption Centre and social centres located in Playas, Isla de Cuba, and Felicidad Sánchez. Each citizen can purchase vouchers worth a maximum of 400 euros, paying only half of that amount.
The General Voucher, with a budget of 1,489,076 euros, will be available online from 10 to 16 November, with a daily limit of 300,000 euros in vouchers. This programme subsidises 50% of purchases, allowing individuals to access up to 400 euros by paying just 200 euros.
All Bono Comercio 2026 vouchers will be nominative and linked to the purchaser's national identification number (DNI), remaining valid until 5 December. To buy the vouchers, individuals must be over 18, registered in Alicante, and make the payment online using a bank card. A list of over 600 participating establishments can be found on the Bono Comercio 2026 website.
