The Drakofarra, a key event in the celebrations, will culminate in a vibrant party at the Plaça del Vi, where attendees can enjoy performances by giants and dragons, accompanied by live music.

Trobada de Gegants and Bestiari
The 45th Trobada de Gegants i Bestiari will occur on 1 November, marking the final day of the fires. This year, the parade will conclude at the Plaça del Poeta Marquina, where giants and other creatures will perform exhibition dances. The day will begin at 10:00 with the gathering of giants in the Parc del Migdia, followed by the parade starting at 11:30.
New initiatives for inclusivity
To enhance accessibility, a Calm Space will be established for neurodivergent individuals along a section of Calle de Joan Maragall. Additionally, a new initiative called LaViFarra will bring festive activities to the Plaça del Vi, with local bars and restaurants providing services during key events.
Mayor Lluc Salellas has expressed hopes that these changes will strengthen Girona's cultural identity and foster greater community participation in the festivities.
