The La Línea de la Concepción Town Hall has decided to relocate this year's Feria de Invierno to plaza Juan García Cabreros, situated near the municipal building. This decision comes in light of upcoming renovation works on the Plaza de la Constitución, the traditional site for the fair, which are set to commence on 28 October.
The aim of the fair is to provide festive enjoyment for children during the Christmas and Reyes celebrations of 2026/27, while also revitalising the city's leisure and commercial centre. The new location is conveniently close to urban areas and numerous bars and restaurants.
To ensure the proper regulation of licenses for the installation of fair attractions, the municipal delegation for Fiestas, led by Councillor Mercedes Atanet, has approved and published the regulatory bases for the authorisation process. This will cover installations from 27 November to 6 January, as well as those for the Carnival in 2027, scheduled between 8 and 14 February.
