The solution developed by Eloquos acts as a layer of artificial intelligence that connects and orchestrates the Property Management System (PMS) and various tools within the establishment without the need for replacement. A distinctive feature is the use of WhatsApp as a work interface, facilitating rapid adoption by operational teams.
Eloquos' catalogue of solutions includes AI consulting services, online check-in tools, an internal communication hub, voice agents, and a language model connector (LLM) that allows for querying operational information and data using natural language.
