Torrejón de Ardoz, 7 October 2026 — The Teatro Municipal José María Rodero is set to welcome a new season filled with a diverse array of performances, including theatre, music, dance, flamenco, magic, humor, and circus acts, catering to families and audiences of all ages.
This season features renowned Spanish artists such as María Galiana, Juan Echanove, Joaquín Climent, Malena Alterio, Carmen Ruiz, Ángel Ruiz, Daniel Albadalejo, and Joaquín Reyes, alongside prestigious companies like Morboria, Yllana, and Teatro de Malta.
Upcoming Events
The inaugural concert by the Municipal Symphony Orchestra will take place on 9 October at 20:00, benefiting the Torrafal Association. Following this, on 10 October at 20:00, the comedy 'El Rey de la Farándula', featuring Ángel Ruiz, will offer a journey through the Golden Age of Spanish theatre, music, and poetry. On 11 October at 19:00, Joaquín Reyes will star in 'La verdad'.
Additionally, the 29th National Theatre Competition for Female Directors will commence on 16 October, showcasing various productions throughout the season and promoting female talent in theatre.

Ticket Information
Tickets for the new season are available at the Teatro Municipal José María Rodero box office from Thursday to Sunday, 18:00 to 20:00, and also on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00. Tickets can also be purchased two hours before each performance. An automated ticket machine is located at the Casa de Cultura, offering extended hours for purchases made by card without additional fees.
