Marly Dique, CEO of Venecia IT, presented ecos360 at TIS 2026, emphasising the strategic importance of talent management in maintaining competitiveness within the tourism sector. Dique stated, “Talent management becomes strategic when it helps execute the projects that sustain competitiveness.”

ecos360 is designed to connect the entire lifecycle of technology professionals within organisations. During the event, Venecia IT shared insights into the challenges faced by tourism companies in recruiting, onboarding, and managing specialised teams, particularly in distributed and multi-site environments.

Identifying needs and challenges

Dique explained that their experience with major clients in the tourism sector revealed a recurring issue: “Once we find, evaluate, and select talent, and the client decides to onboard them, a new phase begins that is often spread across various departments, tools, and managers. Processes such as onboarding, project assignment, and professional follow-up are usually managed in a fragmented manner.”

He added, “When information is scattered, organisations lose speed, traceability, and the ability to anticipate. ecos360 was born precisely to connect this journey and provide visibility over each stage.” TIS was chosen as the platform to present this initiative due to its focus on the operational challenges of the tourism industry, allowing for direct comparisons with professionals experiencing these complexities firsthand.

Challenges in distributed environments

Dique noted that the primary challenge is maintaining coordination among people, locations, countries, and projects. “When documentation, access, or assignments are spread across different systems, it becomes more difficult to know what tasks are pending, who needs to intervene, or where blockages occur,” he remarked.

Evolution of technological profile demand

The demand for specialised profiles has become increasingly linked to business needs. Dique highlighted that areas such as integrations, data management, cloud services, and cybersecurity are gaining importance, alongside the growing necessity to apply artificial intelligence practically.

Connecting processes and data

“It provides continuity and clarity when making decisions. When information is connected and accessible to all responsible parties, it becomes easier to identify what is lacking, who should act, and how each situation may impact project development. This is precisely the goal of ecos360: to reduce fragmentation and offer HR, IT, and management a shared view of the talent journey,” concluded Dique.

Participation in TIS

Dique described the event as a valuable opportunity to share experiences, learn, and strengthen relationships with companies that have a deep understanding of the tourism sector. He particularly appreciated Turistec's ability to connect technology and business. “TIS allowed us to present our proposal, listen to clients and partners, and open discussions that could lead to future collaborations,” he added.
