The inland beaches of Álava have achieved a remarkable milestone this summer, attracting a total of 258,961 visitors. This figure represents a significant increase of approximately 28% from the 201,831 visitors recorded in the summer of 2025.
Among the most popular destinations are Garaio, which saw 116,206 visitors, and Landa, with 83,882. Both locations, situated near the Ullibarri-Gamboa reservoir, have established themselves as key spots for enjoying water activities and nature during the summer months.
These statistics highlight the growing appeal of Álava's inland beaches, which provide an excellent alternative for those looking to cool off and enjoy the outdoors in a natural setting.
